It is regularly cited by global, national, and local news organizations as a source for reporting about the FCPA and international anti-corruption enforcement. In 2010, the FCPA Blog published the first version of its list of the Top Ten FCPA Cases, which is now a regularly updated feature of the FCPA Blog and is referred to in numerous news accounts and legal submissions in court cases related to the FCPA. The FCPA Blog has also been cited in academic research papers published in the United States and France.
